Why we chose them
Some of the families we serve arrived here after fleeing everything, from war and persecution to disaster. For over 90 years, the International Rescue Committee has met people in exactly those moments, helping them reach safety and begin to rebuild.
That work does not stop overseas. The IRC also helps refugees start over in communities across the US, the same fresh start our patients are working toward, which is exactly why we wanted to support them.
