You'll work across the whole product — from what applicants see to the systems behind it. Small team, high trust, direct impact on people's green card timelines.
What you'll work on
- Patient-facing flows for the I‑693 journey, from first visit to a certified exam
- Backend services and APIs in the cloud
- The tools our medical team relies on every day
- Privacy and compliance engineering for HIPAA-regulated health data
- The AI workflows that make the whole team faster
Our stack

What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications, with deep TypeScript and React experience
- Comfort owning features end to end — database schema to API to UI to deploy
- You work with AI coding agents natively: directing, reviewing, and correcting them is how you ship, not a novelty
- Care for correctness in a regulated domain — testing instincts, security awareness, and respect for patient data
- Clear written communication; our process runs on well-written specs, PRs, and docs (the agents read them too)
Bonus points
- Healthcare, fintech, or other regulated-industry experience
- Depth in Google Cloud or a comparable cloud platform
- Spanish — our product is bilingual
